Planetes

As far as I can tell, this series would be eligible. A Japan-only Blu-Ray set has been released, and it ain't handled by Funimation. Dual audio DVD sets exist, but this being something of a niche series, I have trouble finding the DVDs here. Hopefully this won't be the case for you guys over in R1.

Still, how about some brilliant hard sci-fi to go with all those Gundams and Knightmare Frames? ;)

Edit - Adding this plug to show just how highly this series is rated in a unashamed attempt to get this bumped up the potential request list!

Please don't ban me /o\

This. Amazing series with no good encodes. Jay and I were searching for some quality dual-audio, and none exist (seriously).

There is an A-S BD dual audio release if you are interested on their IRC channel. They got the first 5 episodes so far.

Found a problem here! :P

I saw this too, but a series as good as this deserves a full dual audio BD release, no? ;)

Where's [A-S]'s site? Google turned up nothing.

You sure it's dual audio? The listed language is just Japanese...

Oh, duh. I ignored that other flag 'cause I was looking for either American or British flags to represent the English audio... I'm not even sure what country that is...
