If it went to Funi, then it doesn't fit the criteria.

does 5-7 even have an eng dub at all yet? i dont think there is a source to get the eng dub from.

Wouldn't Funimation have taken the rights/will take the rights to the unlicensed volumes? It's too marketable to just drop halfway through.

That aside, I don't know how willing OZC would be to do part of a series.

It all depends on if Geneon handled production of any further volumes and whether they continued to hold the license versus transferring it to Funi. If Funi strictly holds distro on it, it's still eligible. If they hold the license on any of it, it's out, mainly because as Jay said, I'm not a fan of only doing part of a series.
