Quicktime doesn't show me subtitles

Hello there

Xtras told me to post my problem here again, so i'll try it to explain it as good as i can.

First off my system:
*MacBook Pro 13-inch (2.53 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 4GB 1067 MHz DD3, 128GB Solid State) OSX Version 10.6.4
*Quicktime X
*Perian 1.2.1
*xiqh-qt-0.1.9

My problem:

Up until now, i've watched every anime i downloaded with Quicktime. At first QT could'nt play .mkv file, so i've used Perian, which is the best solution i think for that problem. Later i had problems with blu ray movies which used flac audio. Therefore i'm using the xiqh component.

Now i've dowlnoaded your releases of Code Geass R1 and R2. The video and audio quality are great but the only thing is i can't see or even choose the option subtitles. The only subtitles i see are in the opening and ending.

Shows like that in Quicktime:

Language -> English
Japanese
Japanese
Subtitles -> Off

I know that there are other players out there, but it's kinda strange, since up until now i've watched everything with QT.
As far the other players:
*Movist: Doesn't show me subtitles right
*VLC: Normally loops with all relases, your release works fine with VLC, but i get a little lag sometimes
*MPlayer, MPlayer extended, MPLayer2: Can't even open vids, don't know why. It worked some time ago.

My reason for choosing QT: I think QT is the best player and only player who displays the subtitles right. For example the opening subtitles are green and blue. VLC displays everything in blue. Same goes for the fonts.

I know that this are only minor details, but since you put a lot of work in your releases and made these details, it would be nice to see them.

I think the problem might be the use of more than one subtitle, or that they are turned of at the beginning of the movie. So when i want to display them later, that i can't find them. So i think I'm missing an important QT component to correct this error.

Normally I'm trying to solve all playback problems myself, but i simple can't find a solution this time. So i hope you can help me with my problem.
