It is basically impossible for the syncing on these releases to fall out of sync and then resync on their own. My guess is playback issues on your end or that is how the audio is supposed to be. I'll look at it when I get home as I'm at work right now, but considering the audio is ripped directly from the BD and there is no audio editing involved with this release, I'm leaning toward it being an intentional playback.
